KUSTOM-FIT HALTER CO. unconditionally guarantees that in the event any of our products breaks or fails to perform its intended function due to faulty craftsmanship or defect in materials, we will repair or replace it FREE. This guarantee does not cover plastic parts, rhinestones or lead shank chains. This guarantee applies to the original purchaser for as long as you own the product if it is returned to us in a CLEAN, WASHED condition, postage paid. The repair or replacement will be promptly return-shipped at our expense.

Any product returned for guaranteed size adjustment must be returned within 30 days from date of receipt and in original, unused condition.
